2. Shipping Fees

  • Complimentary UK Shipping: To welcome you to the Felinea family, we are currently offering Free Tracked Delivery on all orders across the UK, with no minimum spend required.

3. Processing & Order Fulfillment Timeline

Every piece we offer undergoes a strict quality assurance inspection at our verified global partner hubs before dispatch to ensure it meets our premium aesthetic and safety standards.

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed, quality-checked, and securely packed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays) from the date of purchase.
